Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the public website at BuyandBill.com (the "Site"), operated by Alchemy Healthcare Solutions LLC ("Alchemy," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Subscriptions, accounts, and the pricing application at pricing.buyandbill.com are governed by the separate BuyandBill.com Pricing Terms of Use. If you create an account or subscribe, those terms apply to that use.

1. Informational Use Only

The Site publishes drug coding, pricing, and reimbursement information for general informational purposes. Nothing on the Site is medical, legal, billing, coding, or reimbursement advice, and nothing on the Site guarantees coverage or payment by Medicare or any other payer. Coverage and payment decisions are made by payers. Always confirm codes, units, modifiers, and payment amounts against the official sources and the payer before submitting a claim.

2. Data Sources and Accuracy

Most data on the Site comes from public sources, including the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and drug manufacturers. We work to keep it current, but source data can change, publish late, or contain errors, and our presentation of it may lag behind the source. Payment limits shown for a future quarter are as published by CMS and may be revised before they take effect. All information is provided "as is," without any guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

3. Free Tools

Some tools on the Site are free to use within daily limits. We may change, limit, or discontinue any free tool at any time. Do not attempt to circumvent usage limits.

4. Permitted Use, Search Engines, and AI

You may view and print pages from the Site, link to any page, and quote reasonable excerpts with attribution to BuyandBill.com.

Search engines and AI services are welcome to crawl, index, retrieve, summarize, and cite the Site's publicly available pages, including to answer user questions and to train AI models, in accordance with our robots.txt file. We ask that AI answers that draw on the Site cite or link to the page they used.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Systematically download, scrape, or extract the Site's data, by automated means or otherwise, in order to build, populate, or improve a database, dataset, or product that competes with BuyandBill.com, or to republish, sell, or license that data;
• Access the Site in a way that places an unreasonable load on it, or circumvent any rate limit, usage limit, login, or other access control;
• Present the Site's content as your own, or remove attribution or copyright notices;
• Imply that Alchemy endorses you, your products, or your services; or
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

Indexing and AI uses described in Section 4 are not prohibited uses. We may block access by any person or automated agent that violates these Terms.

6. Sponsored Content

Some pages and placements on the Site are sponsored by drug manufacturers or other companies and are labeled "Sponsored" or presented as sponsored pages. Sponsors may supply product information, announcements, and resources such as billing guides, and they are responsible for that material. On sponsored pages, the sponsor may fund free access to information that otherwise requires a BuyandBill.com subscription. Sponsorship does not change the figures we report from CMS, the FDA, or other sources, and it is not an endorsement by Alchemy of any product.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, text, graphics, and the selection and arrangement of its data are owned by Alchemy or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. HCPCS Level II codes are maintained by CMS. CPT® codes and descriptions are copyright of the American Medical Association, all rights reserved. Drug names and other trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products they name.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site links to, and in some places embeds, websites and services operated by others, including scheduling, payment, email, and partner sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALCHEMY AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF REVENUE, REIMBURSEMENT, DATA, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SITE, INCLUDING CLAIM DENIALS OR UNDERPAYMENTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alchemy and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
