This Privacy Policy explains what information Alchemy Healthcare Solutions LLC ("Alchemy," "we," "us," or "our") collects through the public website at BuyandBill.com (the "Site"), and how we use it.

Information You Give Us

• Email list sign-ups. When you subscribe to our newsletters or alerts, the details you enter in the form, such as your name, email address, and organization, are collected by our email provider, Constant Contact.
• Messages. When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
• Consultations. When you schedule a consultation, Calendly collects the details you enter in its scheduling form. When you purchase consulting hours, Stripe processes your payment; we do not receive or store your full card number.

Information Collected Automatically

• Analytics. We use PostHog and Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the Site is used, such as which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and how tools are used. These services use cookies and similar technologies and may collect your IP address, browser and device type, approximate location, and pages viewed.
• Advertising. We use Google Ads tags to measure how our advertising performs, and Google may use them to show our ads to people who have visited the Site. You can manage how Google personalizes ads at Google's Ad Settings.
• Server and network logs. Our hosting and content delivery providers, including Cloudflare, record technical information such as IP address, browser type, and requested pages to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse.

Information Stored Only in Your Browser

Some features save small settings in your browser's local storage, such as how many free lookups you have used today, your preferred list or grid view, and whether you have dismissed a promotion. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

Patient Information

The Site is not designed to receive protected health information. Please do not send us patient information by email or through any form on the Site.

How We Use Information

• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
• To send newsletters and alerts you have subscribed to;
